Friday 11th April
Saturday 12th April
4pm - 9pm Registration is OPEN. If you are staying at the hall on Friday 11th or if you are arriving on Saturday 12th, you are able to collect your Brevet Card, your bike number and your numbered armband. These armbands are for you to keep as a momento of the event.
6:30pm -9pm Food. We have a Pizza van providing everyone the opportunity for pizza. Please see the menu below. The hall will be set up for everyone to sit around and have food with each other. Last year, some of the best moments were on the Friday night when everyone was sitting around talking and discussing their plans for the weekend ahead. To make sure everyone has their pizza, please pre-order. See below for more information.
If you do not want pizza, you are welcome to use the kitchen in the hall for basic food prep. THE OVEN IS OUT OF USE! You can use the microwave and the kettle. YOU USE THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS USING THE KITCHEN.

9pm-9:45pm - Preparing to sleep. For those who are staying the night in the hall, we will start to wind down everything and start getting ready to turn the lights off so we can get the well-needed shut-eye we will all need. For those who are staying elsewhere, we ask that you start to leave so those who are staying the night in the hall can sleep.

9:45 pm - LIGHTS OUT. TIME TO SLEEP.
5am - LIGHTS ON. The lights in the hall will be turned on, and we ask those who have stayed the night to put their sleeping kit away and tidy their area of the hall.

10pm - 5am - LIGHTS DOWN. Lights will be kept low between this time so that riders who choose to rest and sleep can. We ask that any riders coming in or leaving respect this and keep the noise down to a minimum. Having said this, the Event Director and volunteers will be awake and so will have to communicate.
